VISCO - CRM and Sales Companion App
VISCO is a free Android app designed to work with the existing installation of the VISCO desktop application. It allows existing VISCO customers to take advantage of various sales activities against their live VISCO data while on the go. The app includes base modules such as CRM with inquiries and quotes, sales orders, and inventory lookup, but more modules can be added upon request.
The app offers several features such as the ability to view/edit existing customer basic information, add new customers, and delete customers with no quote, inquiry, or order history. It also allows users to view order history from the customer screen and search for any active customer. Additionally, users can add new customer inquiries and see a history of all sales activities with existing customers, create customer quotes, and see the history of all quotes associated with a customer. The app also enables users to create new sales orders, edit existing sales orders that are not yet issued, search for any not yet issued sales order, view/edit existing product basic information, add new products, delete products with no transaction history, and search for any active product.
